• Month‑End Close:
  Manage and execute timely, accurate close processes
• Process Improvements ആശ:
  Streamline accounting operations and optimize reporting
• Special Projects:
  • Lease Accounting (ASC 842):
    Oversee compliance for 30+ leases

  • Fixed Assets:
    Build and implement a comprehensive Fixed Asset system, policies, and SOPs

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certifications:
  
  CPA or CMA strongly preferred
• Experience:
  • GAAP‑ready corporate audit experience
  • Multi‑site healthcare and/or Private Equity‑backed growth company experience preferred
  • Implementation projects and process improvement expertise
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience
