Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

- Own key aspects of technical accounting and GAAP compliance.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for external audit activities.
- Play a critical role in strengthening internal controls and accounting policies.
- Drive accounting process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
- Leverage Net Suite expertise to optimize systems and reporting capabilities.
- Partner directly with leadership on financial analysis and decision support.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Support multi-entity accounting, consolidated reporting, and revenue recognition activities.
- Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance initiatives.
- Optimize Net Suite reporting and support system enhancement projects.
- Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA license.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting, audit, or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls.
- Experience with multi-entity environments, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit management.
- Experience with Net Suite.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
