We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support construction project finances, billing and cost tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project invoicing, billing and A/R follow-ups.
- Process subcontractor invoices and payment requisitions.
- Track project costs and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve billing issues.
- Support payroll compliance and project reporting.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of accounting or job cost experience.
- Strong Excel and organizational skills.
- Construction accounting experience required.
- Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus.
