Payroll Analyst

Oversee accurate and timely processing of weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly U.S. and international payrolls Verify payroll calculations, deductions, with holdings, manual payments, garnishments, and employee changes Reconcile payroll GL accounts and process general ledger entries Work directly with employees and managers to investigate and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies Assist with acquisitions, system implementations, and payroll integrations

3+ years of beginning-to-end, multi-state payroll processing experience Strong operational accounting background and understanding of payroll-related GL activity Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn new processes, take ownership, and independently drive assignments forward Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
