Senior Auditor

Audit Senior | San Antonio (Hybrid) | $75k to $85k

3+ Years Public Accounting Experience Required

40 hour weeks.

Not "40 hours most of the year."

Not "40 hours depending on the client."

40 hours.

During busy season, that usually becomes around 45 hours, and that's about as hectic as it gets.

If you've started to believe long hours are just part of public accounting, this firm quietly proves they don't have to be.

The work is pretty rewarding too.

You'll specialise in audits for local governments and nonprofit organisations, working with clients that genuinely make a difference in their communities. Rather than jumping between every industry under the sun, you'll become a real specialist in this space.

As an Audit Senior, you'll be involved throughout the full audit process, from planning right through to completion. You'll mentor junior staff, build stronger client relationships and develop the experience needed to progress into Manager. If ownership is something you'd like further down the road, that's on the table too.

The firm has been serving San Antonio since the 1970s and has built a reputation for looking after its people just as much as its clients. Alongside a hybrid schedule, you'll receive production and overtime bonuses, competitive 401(k) matching and fully paid life insurance.

If you're looking for meaningful work, genuine progression and the sort of work life balance that's actually lived rather than simply talked about, I'd love to tell you more.

The biggest career decisions rarely start with an application.

They usually start with a 10 minute conversation.
