Accounts Payable

Priority Personnel is seeking AP Processors for a company located in San Antonio, TX. Position is temp for about 6 months but could be longer. Pay rate: $20-22/hour

Work Schedule:

Mon-Fri/8am-5pm with possibilty of one day remote

Job Duties:

Responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner Process high-volume of invoices and verifying transaction information; schedule and prepare disbursements, and obtain authorization of payment as well as maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements as well as performs independent research to identify any discrepancies and related transactions Manages vendor related queries/issues and communicates with internal stakeholders Maintain historical records by filing documents electronically or physically Participate in financial audits and assisting in the resolution of audit findings

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent degree Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field can be beneficial Prior experience in an accounts payable role can be beneficial Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
