- Preparing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer or distributor.
- Verify that all necessary documentation (repair orders, parts invoices, technician notes, etc.) is complete and accurate before claim submission.
- Track submitted claims to ensure prompt payment and follow up on rejected or unpaid claims.
- Communicate with Service Advisors and Technicians regarding claim corrections, parts return requirements, and documentation accuracy.
- Assist in reconciling warranty receivables and ensuring warranty credits are applied correctly.
- Support internal warranty audits and help maintain compliance with OEM policies.
- Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, scanning, and report preparation as needed.
- Always maintain confidentiality of dealership and customer information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
