Here Is What You Will Be Doing
  • Preparing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer or distributor.
  • Verify that all necessary documentation (repair orders, parts invoices, technician notes, etc.) is complete and accurate before claim submission.
  • Track submitted claims to ensure prompt payment and follow up on rejected or unpaid claims.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors and Technicians regarding claim corrections, parts return requirements, and documentation accuracy.
  • Assist in reconciling warranty receivables and ensuring warranty credits are applied correctly.
  • Support internal warranty audits and help maintain compliance with OEM policies.
  • Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, scanning, and report preparation as needed.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of dealership and customer information.
Here Is What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
