Monday – Friday Length of Term/Employment: 225 days/ At‑will
Campus Principal
Position MissionTo ensure the efficient operation of the school’s administration office, provide clerical services for the school’s administrative staff, and manage school finance, cash and budget accounts.
PositionMinimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred;
Associate’s Degree and bilingual preferred. - Satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check.
- Pass a typing test for 35 words per minute.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team member with district department accounting staff.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Three years of work‑related experience.
- Work history demonstrating customer service, telephone etiquette, and adherence to efficient and effective office‑management procedures.
Purchasing:
- Coordinate travel accommodations and prepare requisitions for meeting registration fees, hotel, fuel, vehicle, and per diem upon return.
- Purchase office supplies.
Local Funds Purchasing
- Requisition submission.
- Budget management.
Budget Management
- Local Funds transfers.
- Produce Local Fund balance reports.
- Monitor Title funds.
Supervisory Role
- Manage office clerks and front office receptionists.
- Create work schedule for office clerks and front office receptionist.
Office Equipment
- Report copier meter readings.
- Monitor and order equipment.
- Report office infrastructure issues to Technology Department.
Time Clock
- Manage, Monitor, Edit, and Approve weekly.
HR Liaison
- New employee paperwork.
- Oversee substitute process.
- Work‑comp oversight, i.e. Accident Reporting.
- Monthly board reports of campus gains, losses, absences, and staff absenteeism.
Other
- Perform before and/or after school duty as directed by Campus Administration; attend professional growth activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Illustrate understanding of Charter and community needs and begin activities to meet those needs.
- Demonstrate use of productive and efficient skills to raise community and parent involvement.

Working Conditions
- Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions/deadlines; prolonged sitting, and frequent standing, walking, climbing, pulling and pushing, reaching, and stretching.
