Audi Dominion, a Cavender Auto Family Dealership, is currently looking for a Experienced Service Advisor to join our growing family and help “Make Confidence Happen”.

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Determine the customer’s primary concern and then review additional maintenance needs at time of write up
• Offer a multipoint inspection and a technician video to every customer
• Provide electronic estimates, with the customer and dealership’s best interest in mind
• Provide status updates on a regular basis
• Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
• Other duties as assigned

• A minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience required
• A CSI focused mindset
• A proven track record of GP, ELR & hours per RO
• A clear understanding of providing a high‑line guest experience
• High school diploma/GED required
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test
• Valid driver’s license
