Base Pay Range$81,000.00/yr - $/yr
Due to our continuing and steady growth, we are seeking an Account Executive for our Client Services Team. As an Account Executive you will service some of FCE’s largest and most complex clients.
Responsibilities- Act as primary point of contact and liaison between FCE and client; understand and communicate the products and services sold to the client and internal departments
- Ability to travel at 14-25% to facilitate open enrollment employee meetings and client visits
- Understand and communicate service level agreements/expectations to the client and internal departments
- Develop and maintain business relationships with existing clients, carriers and vendors, to include visiting client sites
- Employ client retention strategies that foster client satisfaction and loyalty
- Work effectively with internal departments to support client goals and initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry standards, legislation, insurance product changes, and ongoing trends
- Strategize with Client Services and Sales for annual benefit renewals; work with marketing department to facilitate annual renewals
- Attend to administrative details to be fully compliant with government regulations
- Monitors client’s claims to assure consistency with goals and offer full-service administration
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in benefits administration/consulting or insurance industry on the carrier side.
- Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently and self-motivate.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A background that includes sales, legal compliance, benefit administration, and labor/employee relations is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Health and Welfare Benefits is strongly preferred.
- Current Life and Accident/Health License is strongly preferred.
- Brokerage experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or combination of equivalent education/experience.
