Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our team in San Antonio. This role plays a key part in ensuring clients receive exceptional support, clear communication, and a seamless experience throughout every stage of their engagement with Beloform Craft. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dedicated to maintaining high service standards while supporting internal operations and client relations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, service updates, and general support throughout their account lifecycle.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and internal documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and effective problem resolution.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Support administrative, operational, and service-related tasks as needed to uphold company quality standards.
