We are seeking a Vendor Management Analyst:

+ Sub Time activities including: coordinating setup of resource assignments, troubleshooting access and time entry/submission issues, communication to resources about access updates, missing time and approval follow-ups, coordination with Sub Time team to resolve outstanding actions and updates.

+ Purchase order setup, maintenance, and monitoring including: submission of purchase requisitions, submission of change requests, monitoring approval status and sending follow-ups, monitoring end dates and funding levels to identify necessary updates, coordination with programs on purchase order needs.

+ Invoice payment including: review for accuracy, submission to accounts payable, voucher approvals, monitoring status, and communicating updates to vendors.

+ Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to promote smooth roll-on process for subcontractor resources, procurement of HW/SW and other non-labor costs, and payment to vendors.

+ Additional tasks may vary by account/program

* + Basic Excel skills, including but not limited to: VLookup, pivot tables, basic mathematic formulas

Experience with written communication in a professional setting

+ Experience organizing schedule and task list

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of  
** California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

$53,300-$94,600 USD
