Working closely with business, technology, operations, and product partners, you will help define and execute product roadmaps that align customer needs, business priorities, and operational goals.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, translating business needs and customer insights into actionable product plans. You’ll balance short-term priorities with longer-term objectives, ensuring the team focuses on initiatives that deliver measurable value and improve the customer experience.

As part of AFSG’s evolving product operating model, you will help shape product priorities, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and support effective planning and execution. You will partner with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, manage dependencies, navigate risks, and make informed trade-offs that advance product goals.

You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, prioritizing effectively, and taking accountability for outcomes.
