Inventory​/Pricing Specialist – Call

We are looking for an Inventory/Pricing Specialist to support sales and business operations by managing inventory data, pricing information, customer quotes, and contract documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.

• Collect, review, and validate inventory and pricing data using Excel and other systems.
• Prepare, review, and update customer quotes and special pricing requests.
• Handle pricing amendments and contract amendments.
• Support RFP-related pricing and documentation activities.
• Review sales contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare Revenue Analysis (RA) reports and maintain accurate records.
• Identify pricing discrepancies and correct data errors.
• Analyze data and share reports with the relevant teams.
• Maintain customer data confidentiality and follow security guidelines.
• Work with sales and other teams to improve processes and meet business goals.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in pricing, inventory, quoting, or contract support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and large data sets.
• Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Background in accounting or finance.
• Experience in sales support, pricing, quoting, or contract management.
