Data Analyst

Nouvells is seeking Data Analysts who can turn raw data into clear insights that support better business and operational decisions.

You'll analyze datasets, build reports and dashboards, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

As our Senior Product & Operations Data Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of Nouvell's product and operational workflows. Working closely with our Operations Manager, Product Engineers, and Platform teams, you will turn billions of raw interaction logs, user events, and model telemetry events into clear, actionable business strategies.

You will design experiment frameworks (A/B testing new model variants and UI workflows), establish source-of-truth operational KPIs, uncover user retention bottlenecks, and model our compute-cost-to-revenue efficiency.

• Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys across Nouvell’s platform—identifying friction points, activation triggers, and retention drivers.
• Build cohort retention models, feature-adoption curves, and session drop-off diagnostics to steer the product roadmap.
• Uncover operational efficiencies that balance compute infrastructure expenses against user experience and system latency.
• Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests evaluating new product features, UI variations, and downstream model performance changes.

• Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent practical experience
