• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum in a way consistent with each child's unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills; ability to multi‑task effectively.
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking for communication with children and parents.
