Roofing Superintendent – Commercial Projects
San Antonio, TX | Full‑Time | $90,000–$110,000 + up to 10% annual bonus
We’re hiring a Roofing Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across San Antonio. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, runs a safe and efficient jobsite, and knows how to bring out the best in their crew.
What You’ll Do- Supervise Foremen, Craftsmen, and Technicians
- Lead by example with safety, teamwork, and quality control
- Manage production, materials, and manpower on site
- Communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors
- Conduct daily safety and quality checks
- 2+ years as a Foreman or Superintendent in commercial construction
- OSHA 30 certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliability
- $90K–$110K base + up to 10% annual bonus
- Medical, dental, and vision (United Healthcare & Cigna)
- 401(k) with 4% company match
