Base pay range$95,000.00/yr - $/yr

An outstanding opportunity is available at Malitz Construction Inc. for a full-time construction superintendent who is able to direct and manage the construction tasks and activities of craftsmen and laborers and work closely with project managers and owners to accomplish project objectives.
Qualifications- Experience as Site Superintendent, preferably for a General Contractor. Will consider other supervisory experience in the construction trades.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with sub-contractors, project managers, architects/ engineers, third-party vendors, and client representatives.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with programs such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Project, Adobe PDF, Autodesk Build, Pro Core, Box, Dropbox, etc.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications and ability to coordinate construction activities.
- Experience required: 10 years construction superintendent; computer proficiency required.
- Oversee field construction
- Direct subcontractors and field employees
- Work closely with Project Manager to accomplish project objectives
- Inspecting and ensuring quality of work
