Residential Construction Consultant
The national leader in the industry of Residential Construction Consulting has a full-time or part-time/transition to full-time position available. Help people build or remodel their own homes. Great opportunity for qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience in new single-family home construction (and/or remodeling)
- Interest in being an advocate for owner-builder clients. Candidates must have:
- Well-established and strong relationships with sub-contractors and vendors/suppliers serving the San Antonio and surrounding areas
- Solid business, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient computer and writing skills are a must
- Team player orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From Competitive
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: On the road
