Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 1 year
Rate: $50–$55 per hour
Per Diem: Not available
Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, 0700–1600, 16 hours per week
Project Scope: This position supports SSHO duties on a year‑long build out of an Army support base. The project features multiple trades including excavation, structural erection, utilities, electrical, mechanical, and other active scopes. The Site Safety Manager will assist with safety oversight, field coordination, and compliance documentation.
đŸ¦º Responsibilities- Support SSHO functions and ensure site compliance with EM 385‑1‑1
- Conduct field inspections and monitor multi‑trade activities
- Assist with safety documentation, reporting, and corrective actions
- Provide on‑site coaching to crews and subcontractors
- Maintain a strong safety presence during all active work
- EM 385 certification
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety management experience
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Salary: $50 – $55 per hour
