What does this mean for you as a Superintendent at RO? Although it will be your responsibility to build a variety of projects in various sectors alongside the Project Manager (from conceptual plan, schedule, staffing plans, through completion), you will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site.

• Supervise all field operations for the project.
• Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
• Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.

If you have 5–10 years’ experience with $10 M+ projects and ground-up expertise in Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, and Mission Critical sectors — come join the team!
