We're hiring a Painting Project Manager / Estimator to manage residential and commercial painting projects from initial walkthrough through final completion. This role blends accurate estimating with hands-on project coordination and field oversight.
What You'll Do- Estimate residential and commercial painting projects accurately
- Manage schedules, budgets, crews, and production timelines
- Conduct site visits and oversee job progress
- Coordinate surface preparation, coatings, and production rates
- Communicate clearly with crews, subcontractors, and clients
- Experience estimating painting projects (residential and commercial)
- Strong project management and crew coordination skills
- Knowledge of coatings, prep methods, and painting workflows
- Ability to manage multiple active jobs simultaneously
- Professional, organized, and client-focused communication style
