Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year (based on experience)
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $100,000+ with end of year bonus of up to 10% of salary

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial waterproofing projects throughout the San Antonio area. In this role, you'll lead field and administrative operations, manage job progress, and ensure project excellence from kickoff to closeout. You'll work closely with project coordinators, superintendents, clients, and trade partners to keep timelines, budgets, and quality aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple waterproofing projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
• Oversee scheduling, change orders, billing, contracts, warranty requests, and closeout procedures
• Lead and mentor Project Coordinators and Superintendents
• Promote safety and compliance on all job sites
• Conduct job site visits, attend pre-job and progress meetings
• Monitor job production, track labor, time, and material costs
• Maintain accurate cost/budget analysis
• Develop and sustain strong client and vendor relationships
• Approve jobs for invoicing and ensure accurate documentation
• Drive issue resolution and conflict management
• Enforce QA/QC protocols across all active jobsites

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in commercial roofing or waterproofing
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Understanding of construction contracts, billing processes, RFIs, submittals, lien waivers, and insurance
• Familiarity with commercial waterproofing systems, materials, and applications
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
