A nationally recognized ENR Top 100 General Contractor with a strong federal portfolio is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee large-scale design-build projects across the United States. About the Role:
The Federal Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the jobsite - ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance on all phases of construction. You'll lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the key point of contact between the field and project management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily field operations on federal construction projects
• Lead subcontractor coordination, safety meetings, and quality control efforts
• Manage project schedules, logistics, and manpower
• Communicate effectively with project management, owners, and inspectors
• Uphold company safety standards and site-specific security protocols
• Mentor field staff and foster a strong, collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent
• Proven experience on federal or military projects (USACE, NAVFAC, or similar)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to travel or relocate for projects within the U.S.
• U.S. citizenship required for federal site access
