Senior Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are partnering with a highly respected and established General Contractor actively seeking a Senior level Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects across the region. With a strong pipeline in Ground-Up Retail, Industrial, and Healthcare, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values long-term relationships, quality builds, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations from pre-construction through closeout on commercial construction projects.
• Manage and coordinate daily jobsite operations, including schedules, subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Act as the primary site leader for client communication, project execution, and on-site issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all project phases.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven success delivering ground-up projects in Retail, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors. With projects $15M+.
• Established relationships with local subcontractors and clients in the San Antonio area.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, safety standards (OSHA), and quality assurance practices.
