Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

• Real ownership of projects and client relationships
• All projects are local to the San Antonio metro (minimal regional travel)
• Less chasing, more building: strong backlog and active pipeline of negotiated work
• Small-team environment with minimal bureaucracy
• Success in this role is measured by predictability and trust

• Lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Support estimating and negotiated pursuits
• Coordinate directly with superintendents, owners, and trade partners
• Step in where needed in a growing, lean operation
• Help shape project execution, team development, and future growth

• 5+ years project management experience in a GC environment
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
• Comfortable supporting estimating and pursuit efforts
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
• A PM who thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and takes ownership
• Technology progressive, Procore, demonstrated risk discipline
