Construction Manager/ Foreman, Procurement / Purchasing
San Antonio is entering one of the most diverse building cycles the market has seen in years.
Healthcare campuses, higher education, mixed-use developments, hospitality, manufacturing, retail and restaurants, commercial offices, major public building and renovation projects along with the smaller projects that follow this kind of growth.
Our client has an immediate need for a Project Manager who knows how to build across this range
. This is a career opportunity made for a Project Manager who has progressively taken on additional responsibilities including more complex work, different building types and ownership of a project from preconstruction through closeout
.
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor managing ground-up and/or complex renovation projects
- Demonstrated leadership across multiple project sizes and/or building types
- Strong command of project financials, forecasting, procurement/buyout, scheduling and change management
- A track record of proactively working with owners, architects, trade partners and field leadership
- Proficient with Procore and/or comparable construction management technology
We're less interested in checking a box for a specific building type than understanding what you've built, how much responsibility you've carried and how your projects have grown in size and complexity.
A Note from Kristen:You don't have to be unhappy to have outgrown the value of staying where you are. There comes a point in a successful career when the question becomes not just what you can build, but does your experience have the greatest impact. For a strong PM thinking about what comes next, this San Antonio opportunity offers a deep pipeline of work and the ability to keep expanding your industry knowledge while impacting organizational growth.
