Restoration Estimator

We are hiring an experienced Restoration Estimator in San Antonio, TX, with earnings of $75,000 to $120,000 per year on a base plus commission structure. You will build precise Xactimate estimates that set every residential and commercial project up to succeed, while helping us grow into the Austin market.

• We run a full-service operation with an in-house cabinet shop, flooring showroom, and wholesale distribution.

• Review docu-sketches to determine scope of work and damage.
• Develop detailed Xactimate estimates for residential and commercial jobs.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Manage approvals, supplements, and change orders proactively.
• Maintain meticulous records of costs and project details.
• Climb ladders and inspect roofing when the job calls for it.

• Earn $75,000 to $120,000 OTE with a base plus commission structure.
• Full-time, onsite role with travel between San Antonio and Austin in a company vehicle.

• At least 5 years of experience in the restoration industry
• Proficiency with Xactimate (Level 2+ preferred)
