• Our Assistant Project Managers help oversee the financial success of the building process, working in partnership with Architects, Engineers, and Owners to support the development of the plans. They help identify and plan all the moving parts and are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.

• Maintainastrongunderstandingofthecontractfromtheprojectonset
• Staycurrentduringtheconstructionprocessbyaccuratelydocumentingprojectupdates,aswellasmaintainingnumerouslogsanddocumentingchangesasneeded
• Creatingandmaintainingrelationshipswiththeprojectownerandactingontheirbehalf,think proactively,andhandletheirneedswithasenseofurgencyandinatimelymanner.
• Submitownerpayapplicationscorrectlyandtimely
• Maintainopencommunicationwithsubcontractors
• Reviewandapprovesubcontractorinvoicesandchangeorders,andprocesschangeordersasnecessary
• Ensureconformitywithcontractdocumentsandscopeofwork,aswellasaddressissuesofunderperformanceifitarises
• Byassumingtheroleofaprojectteamleader,interactandsupporteveryoneinvolvedintheproject

• Refinedorganizationalskills,andtheabilitytoprioritizetasksforself,team,and projects
• Strongcommunicationskillsincludinglistening,presenting,interpersonalandwritten
• Minimum2yearsofrelatedexperiencewitha General Contractor preferred
• Bachelor’sdegreefromanaccreditedcollegeoruniversity,preferablywithinthe
  
  Construction
  
  Sciences,orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,MSProject),andexperiencewith(orabilitytolearn)
  Procore,officeequipmentand
  
  Internet Explorerorothersimilar Internettoolsandexperience .
