seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Wedding Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of wedding planning and execution, ensuring that each wedding is a seamless and unforgettable experience for the bride and groom.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective brides and grooms to understand their wedding vision and provide guidance on venue, menu, decor, and other details
- Collaborate with vendors and hotel staff to ensure that all aspects of the wedding are executed flawlessly, including food and beverage service, audio/visual equipment, transportation, and accommodations
- Create detailed wedding plans and timelines, and communicate these plans to all relevant parties
