America’s number one growing acrylic bath company, Bath Planet of San Antonio is looking to hire an experienced Call Center Manager to work in our office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Job Duties:- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Hire, train and manage a team of 18 Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
- Must have prior experience as a Call Center Manager
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Proficiency with technology and phone skills
- High level of organizational skills and ability to manage a large team of call center agents
