The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. As an agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations while ensuring a smooth process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
