Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member
San Antonio, TX – $49,000.00–$54,000.00 – 1 day ago
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
- Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy
- Accepts payments and processes transactions
- Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
- Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
- Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis
- Maintains a neat and clean work area and office
- Handles FNOL vehicle inspections and takes vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing)
- Conducts bank run deposits
- Full‑time position
- Other duties as assigned
- Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
- Excellent communication skills, assertive, able to provide a first‑rate experience for customers
- Passes state licensing requirements
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience is helpful
