Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Billing Customer Service Representative II who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to assist members with billing information and healthcare plan explanations. You will handle up to 70 calls daily, provide empathetic support, and help resolve escalated issues within a 40-hour workweek.
Training is full-time, with shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET. After training, you’ll receive a fixed 9-hour shift and may be eligible for a performance bonus.
