Meeting Room Monitor - Event Staff

B. González Convention Center (HBGCC) - Downtown San Antonio
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Event-based; final schedule will be provided upon assignment.

Must be available to work on Event Days:

• Sunday, November 1
• Monday, November 2
• Tuesday, November 3

We are seeking friendly, energetic, professional, and dependable Meeting Room Monitors to support an Annual Meeting & Expo at the HBGCC.

Meeting Room Monitors will help ensure meetings, presentations, and sessions run smoothly while providing excellent customer service to attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and event staff.

This is an active position that requires frequent walking between assigned meeting rooms, standing for extended periods, and responding promptly to questions and requests. Comfortable, professional shoes are required.
