- Service existing clients with billing, claims, and policy changes.
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.
- Cross-sell additional products to help families protect what matters most.
- Support agency growth by retaining and upselling clients.
- Be a trusted point of contact for customers.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about customer service, proactive, and professional. The ideal Customer Service Representative will possess:
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Licensed in Property and Casualty (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
