With two providers producing $3M annually
, this practice is built for a high-level producer (“Super GP”) who wants to step into a system with strong patient flow, high case acceptance, and real earning potential

Compensation:

• 30% of net production
• Increased to 32% of net production at higher production tiers (details provided during interviews)

Daily Guarantee:

• $800/day for the first 3 months

Expected Earnings:

• $300,000+ annually (based on production)

You’ll be stepping into a busy, well-established practice with immediate production opportunity.

The practice offers a broad and advanced scope of dentistry
, including:

• Restorative dentistry and fixed prosthodontics (crown & bridge)
• Surgical extractions (including wisdom teeth)
• Root canals, including molar endodontics
• Invisalign (actively or willingness to learn)
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Same-day emergency treatment

  You will:

  • Manage exams for 2 hygienists
  • Run up to 2 columns efficiently
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  Ideal Candidate

  The ideal candidate is:

  • A licensed general dentist with 3–5+ years of experience (required)
  • Clinically confident in surgical extractions, wisdom teeth, and molar endo
  • Comfortable with fixed prosthodontics (crown & bridge)
  • Willing or experienced in Invisalign treatment
  • Able to manage multiple columns and a productive schedule
  • A strong communicator who can present treatment clearly and build trust
  • Team-oriented, positive, and accountable
  • Motivated to maximize production and grow long-term within a practice
