Interior Designer – Gpac (San Antonio, TX)

This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for an Interior Designer who has start to finish project experience and is seeking continued growth and development for a leadership role.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design required
• 5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects with emphasis on interior design
• Architectural license required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, Photo Shop, InDesign, Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Experience in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, municpal/government preferred.
• Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable to support both, management and design - ability to integrate design requirements with architecture.
• LEED accreditation an asset.
• NCIDQ accreditation is preferred.

• The Interior Designer will be responsible for start to finish project management.
• Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects - drawings, models, images, material etc.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Professional client development skills.
• Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.

• $70,000-$110,000 (negotiable based on experience)
