Position OverviewThe Division of Pulmonology in the Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine is excited to announce a full-time faculty position at CHRISTUS Children’s. This role offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and an academic appointment that reflects your credentials and experience.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Pulmonary Disease Physician, you will:
- Admit, evaluate, diagnose, and treat neonates, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with respiratory conditions.
- Utilize a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, both invasive and non-invasive.
- Provide care in intensive care settings, adhering to unit policies.
- Assess and stabilize patients with emergent conditions, ensuring compliance with medical staff policies.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Education: An M.D./D.O. degree or equivalent, with successful completion of an accredited fellowship in pediatric pulmonology.
- Licenses: A valid Texas medical license (or eligibility) and board certification in pediatric pulmonology (or eligibility).
