Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join the team at Foundation Surgical Hospital - San Antonio, TX.

$625k 1099 for 52 weeks with reasonable vacation buy‑back.

• Monday‑Friday schedule, no weekend cases and no ER patients.
• On‑call for inpatients; 2 calls last year. If called back, MD will be compensated at $275/hr.
• Team consists of 5 CRNAs and 1 general Anesthesiologist.
• Case types include Urology, Spine, Plastics, Orthopedics, General, and Bariatrics.

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible.
• Compensation: $625,000 1099 plus call‑back pay.
