Position:
Emergency Medicine Physician (Texas) – San Antonio, TX.

- ED Volume: 27,000 annual visits
- ED Beds: 15
- Inpatient Beds: 8
- Coverage: 12‑hour shifts with 24 hours of physician coverage daily
- APP Support
- 24/7 in‑house X‑ray & CT
- 24/7 radiology reads on all modalities
- 24/7 ultrasound on‑call
- EMR:
Picis
- Choice between W‑2 & 1099 options
- Rate: $250‑280/hr (W2); $270‑300+ (1099)
- Sign‑On Bonus: $50,000
- CME/BEA: $4,000 tax‑free annually
- 2025/2026 Resident Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Rx coverage
- Malpractice with tail paid + Student Loan Refinancing options

- Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Texas
- Certifications required: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
- ABEM/AOBEM or Board Certified in Family Medicine with ER experience;
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa
