Methodist Healthcare System is seeking experienced Physician Assistants to join our dynamic Cardiothoracic Heart Surgery Program in San Antonio, Texas
. As part of our collaborative PA surgical team, you'll provide vital support across Cardiothoracic and Lung Transplant services
. We value candidates who are passionate about advancing their skills – our comprehensive training and development programs are designed to help you thrive and grow within a high‑performing surgical environment. Clinical responsibilities will predominantly be operative with a minority of time spent on inpatient care in support of our separate inpatient team. For experienced Physician Assistants familiar with cardiac surgery and endoscopic vein harvesting techniques, a four‑day week is an option.

• Successful completion of an accredited physician assistant program
• Experience in cardiac surgery or CVICU a plus
• Texas license eligible
• Current American Heart Association BLS and PALS, and/or ACLS provider
