Physician - ENT

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa is seeking to employ an ENT specialist to their service line in San Antonio, TX. Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible and possess a Texas Medical License before employment.

CHRISTUS has identified ENT services as a priority in the region due to increasing demand and a shortage of available providers. Currently, there are limited in-network ENT providers, leading to long wait times and a significant number of referrals to external providers.

As part of a strategic plan to grow ENT services, CHRISTUS aims to expand the ENT team. The successful candidate will join an existing provider with the goal of growing the team to three ENT providers over the next three years to meet increasing patient demand.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of an expanding and dynamic team, supported by a well-established healthcare system and a robust patient base.
