New site takeover.
Providers who hold privileges within the system will already hold privileges for this site.
Please submit any providers who might be willing to work at this site who are already privileged.
Do not submit any providers who will not be able to help as early as November.
We do not want to show the client we have more than we actually will.
I will need to see actual, real, specific date availability on the submittal.
Matches will be rejected otherwise.
Site will also do 24-hour shifts.
Volume is low enough to support this.
Estimated 12 patients within a 24-hour period.
Will accept new providers who have immediate availability.
Can get temporary licenses if needed.
