• You must be living in the USA and authorized to work here.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or post‑secondary in education or special education preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities and health concerns.
• Familiarity with augmented communication devices is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the student's educational and personal development.
