Child Growth and Development Trainer
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Child Growth and Development Trainer to work with educators, caregivers, and other professionals in K-12th grades and beyond, helping them enhance their understanding and skills in child development! You will provide training and support to individuals and groups on effective strategies and best practices for fostering the healthy growth and development of children.
As a Child Growth and Development Trainer with Manifest Academy LLC, you will have the flexibility to choose your own work schedule. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a rewarding field, and you will have a supportive manager who can provide a letter of recommendation for your future career endeavors. You will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of your audience, maintaining your own schedule on our calendar, and submitting detailed session reports.
We are looking to hire trainers in San Antonio, TX, and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent part-time opportunity, ideal for those seeking to supplement a full-time job.
Responsibilities- Provide training and professional development on child growth and development to educators, caregivers, and other professionals in a non-classroom setting.
- Develop and implement customized training programs that address the specific needs and goals of your audience.
- Collaborate with participants to establish learning objectives and milestones.
- Document and communicate progress through detailed reports and evaluations.
- Offer constructive feedback and strategies to enhance participants’ skills and knowledge.
- Maintain an updated calendar and submit session reports promptly.
- Ensure consistent scheduling and attendance for all sessions.
- Previous experience in child development, early childhood education, or related fields.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with participants.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories, practices, and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for in‑person sessions.
- Flexibility to work during late afternoons and evenings.
- Willingness to travel up to 15 miles. Travel reimbursement may be offered for extended travel.
- Experience with virtual training platforms.
- Must have a computer with a webcam and internet access for virtual sessions.
- Willingness to attend events and provide additional support when necessary.
