AB Staffing is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher for the 2025/2026 school year.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification
• 1 year of successful Special Education teaching experience in a K-12 school preferred
• Knowledge of core academic subjects, curriculum, and behavior management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting special education
• Knowledge of current special education practices and educational technology

Job Description:

• Caseload and classroom details vary by school location; recruitment specialists will discuss specifics upon application
• Openings available in Elementary, Middle, and High School
• Contract through the school year, 37.5 to 40 hours per week, following the academic calendar

Responsibilities include:

• Create engaging learning environments
• Provide personalized support to students
• Implement curriculum goals
• Evaluate student progress
• Model good behavior and uphold school values

Salary: $1,875 - $2,025 per week
