Teachers Now is looking for motivated, reliable, and student-focused Substitute Teachers to support schools across San Antonio, TX

As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll be a steady, supportive presence for students—ensuring every classroom has the guidance it needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering instruction using teacher-provided lesson plans
• Creating a positive, organized, and engaging learning environment
• Keeping students focused, safe, and participating throughout the day
• Supervising students during class, transitions, lunch, and recess
• Assigning and reviewing classwork aligned to daily objectives
• Taking attendance and reporting concerns to campus staff

We’re searching for adaptable leaders who care about student success and show up ready to make a difference.

• Required: Associates degree or 60+ College Hours
• Preferred: 1+ years of classroom experience, Teacher's Certification,
• Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and instruct students on a number of subjects.

• Daily Pay: $90–$120 (based on education/certification)
• Monday–Friday Schedule
• Full Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Half Day: 7:00 AM–12 PM or 11:30 PM–4:00 PM
