Wellspring Global Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and creative Educational Concierge to provide white‑glove support to students and their families throughout their entire educational journey with us. The role is the primary point of contact for a caseload of students and families, offering personalized guidance, support, and advocacy.

- Onboarding Support:
Conduct orientation sessions, guide families through course options, and ensure all necessary materials are in place. - Personalized Academic Support:
Design tailored academic paths, provide guidance and resources, and track progress with proactive interventions. - Family Engagement and Advocacy:
Serve as main point of contact, advocate for student needs, collaborate with instructors and counselors, build relationships, and organize family events. - Creative Problem‑Solving:
Develop and implement creative solutions, address challenges, and recommend extracurricular activities aligned with student interests. - Student and Parent Engagement:
Facilitate ongoing engagement opportunities, provide consistent follow‑up, and monitor wellbeing. - Collaborative Support Across Teams:
Work closely with admissions, academic, and student‑success teams, share insights, improve services, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Passion for education and a genuine commitment to supporting families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage a caseload effectively.
- Creative, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in customer service, student services, or educational support roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Great customer service skills; phone etiquette; ability to follow systems and processes to help students succeed.
Education & Certification RequirementsHigh‑school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
Employment BasisAt‑will employment, no contract or guarantee of employment.
Immunization RequirementAnnual influenza vaccination or approved exemption is required as a condition of employment.
