We’re seeking an immediate hire Early Childhood Special Education Teacher who believes deeply in the potential of every child. You’ll lead a self-contained early childhood classroom, providing instruction aligned with TEKS and individualized goals. You’ll create engaging, hands‑on lessons that support communication, independence, and early academic skills—helping students build confidence and a love for learning. Collaboration with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families is central to this role.

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Texas Special Education certification required
• Experience in a self-contained or early childhood classroom preferred
• A genuine love for teaching students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Immediate – January 2026
